Billing Procedures

Co-payments will be requested at the time of service. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company. It is your responsibility to provide complete billing/insurance information at the time of registration. Please bring your identification card with you.

You may receive a seperate bill from your doctor for their office visit or from Mountain Medical who are the Radiologists that read the radiology images taken. We do not do the billing for these outside entities and are not able to take payments for them. Please contact them if you have questions about their bills.

Accepted Insurance

Kane County Hospital accepts all insurances. However, if we are not in your carrier’s network your carrier may process your claim as an out-of-network facility.

If you have any questions regarding your coverage please contact your insurance broker or carrier.
