Chef Shon and Elizbeth, of Sego Restaurant in Kanab, brought a special treat to Kane County Hospital’s long-term care residents. They brought their outdoor cooker complete with mesquite wood and charcoal, roasting forks, jumbo marshmallows gram crackers and four choices of Chocolate; dark, milk, Peanut Butter cups, or chocolate filled with caramel. Oh, and because they are so good at their jobs they also brought wet wipes for the clean-up duty.
The staff helped residents with their winter jackets and escorted them outside for their S’mores gourmet delights. And delighted they were.
