Biography

Brittney Johnson is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Licensed Dietitian (LD) serving as the Clinical Dietitian at Kane County Hospital. She provides personalized nutrition care for patients across southern Utah and northern Arizona, including Kanab, Fredonia, Orderville, and Duck Creek.

Brittney earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Human Nutrition from Southern Utah University and Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado. She completed her Clinical Internship through the New York Distance Dietetic Internship Program and went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Dietetic Administration (MDA) from Utah State University.

Her philosophy centers on building lasting wellness through sustainable nutrition, rather than quick fixes or short-term approaches. She works closely with patients and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall health outcomes with compassion and practical strategies.
