Dr. Wright brings a wealth of experience and expertise in podiatry, reinforcing the facility’s commitment to comprehensive patient care.

Meet Dr. Daniel Wright, DPM: A Foot Care Specialist

A graduate of Midwestern University, Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine, in 2014, Dr. Wright has an impressive background in addressing a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Brigham Young University in 2010.

Dr. Wright is Board Certified, American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS), in foot and rearfoot/ankle surgery. He completed a one-year fellowship with the American Foundation of Lower Extremity Surgery and Research (AFLSER) in Alamogordo, NM, from July 2017-July 2018. Additionally, he completed a residency at HealthAlliance Hospital in Kingston, NY, in reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery. His commitment to staying abreast of the latest advancements in podiatry, and conducting research in this field, ensures that patients at Kane County Hospital will benefit from cutting-edge treatments and compassionate care.

A Focus on Community Wellness

With a strong commitment to community wellness, Dr. Wright is excited to serve the Kanab community and surrounding areas. He has previously worked in a rural hospital setting in West Virginia and is excited to be back in a hospital setting closer to home. He was born in Mesa, AZ. His parents moved to St. George, UT while he was on his mission in Chihuahua, Mexico, from 2004-2006. He is also fluent in Spanish.   His specialized skills cover various podiatric areas, including foot/ankle injuries, diabetic foot care, surgical interventions, and general foot health.
